Each team can have a squad of up to 10 players
: Please ensure that you book in all of your players that will be taking part in the tournament as players will have to wear issued wristbands. You will not be allowed to play if you do not have a players wristband. Entry to the Event, launch and after parties are strictly with wristbands, if you require further wrist bands for your family, friends and guests, please purchase online.
Please note that the names of players can be changed up until the day of the tournament.
Final Payments are due by the 10th June 2022.

We will notify teams of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible. Please remember that the entry fee deposit must be received when booking to confirm your participation and is non refundable.
Each team can have a squad of up to 10 players (all players must be wearing the official tournament wristband) with Only 5 on the pitch with rolling subs.
Please make sure that your players are covered by sport Insurance that covers you for playing rugby in case of any mishaps on field.
We recommend that you arrive Friday 5th August 2022.
By agreeing to play in the tournament you agree to allow any imagery of you or your team to be used for the promotion of the event.
You are expected to be at the pitch ready to start your allocated games on time, failure to do so may result in you forfeiting the game, and being banned from the tournament.
We have lots of games to get through and therefore the tournament must run on time, it is your responsibility to arrive at the allocated pitch on time.
Weston Beach Rugby Fest and our Staff will not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage of any nature during the tournament, or resulting from a stay at any accommodation. We are also not liable for the breakdown or non-operation of technical equipment and the cancellation or closing of facilities at your accommodation. We strongly recommend you take out insurance cover.
Our staff have the right to work in a safe environment and are here to help you, we will not tolerate violence, physical aggression or verbal abuse towards our staff by any team, player or member of the public, if this happens we will take further action, and could also result in your team being banned from the tournament.
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, or any government travel restrictions, medical pandemics, natural disaster, weather conditions or fire. We are not responsible for late team changes.
